A very high level of supervision ensures a positive culture throughout the company that desires an incident and hazard free environment. This is reinforced through regular company wide safety meetings and workplace training sessions. Regular external auditing of the company’s OH&S standards and procedures ensures compliance and industry leadership.
Sanderson Drilling has in place its own comprehensive training package leading into the Australian Drilling Industry Training Committee programme.
Each rig carries a complete set of manuals including Safe Work Procedures, Job Hazard Analysis, Safety Management Plan, Maintenance Plans, Induction Manuals, Fatigue Manuals, Lightening Awareness Manual, Heat Stress Manual, and Environmental Manual
